advizor.work respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why, how we use it, and the rights you have over it — including under the EU/UK GDPR, the California CPRA, and the New Jersey Data Privacy Act.

1. Who we are

advizor.work is a fractional CIO/CTO and AI advisory founded by Jean Kuentz, operating from 122 F Liberty View Drive, Jersey City, NJ 07302, United States. We are the data controller for the personal information described below.

2. What we collect

Contact form: your name, email, company, role, and the content of your message.
Calendar bookings (Cal.com): your name, email, and any information you provide when booking a fit call. See Cal.com's Privacy Policy.
Email correspondence: if you write to hello@advizor.work or jean@advizor.work, we store and process the contents of your message.
Server logs: standard request logs (IP address, browser, time of request) collected by our hosting provider for security, debugging and uptime. Retained for approximately 30 days.

We do not use cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics. If we add cookieless analytics in the future, this policy will be updated.

3. Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry or schedule a call.
To maintain a business relationship if you become a client or remain a prospective one.
To operate and secure the website.

4. Legal basis (EU / EEA / UK residents)

Consent — when you voluntarily submit a contact form or booking.
Legitimate interest — to respond to business inquiries you initiate and to operate this site securely.
Performance of a contract — once you become a client and we exchange information necessary to deliver our services.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share data only with the following processors, strictly to operate the site and the practice:

Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, DNS, email routing, security. Privacy policy.
Cal.com, Inc. — fit-call bookings. Privacy policy.
Email service provider — used to receive and reply to inquiries.

6. International transfers

Data you submit may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our service providers are located. Where required by EU/UK law, our processors implement Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

7. How long we keep your data

Contact-form messages and email exchanges: up to 24 months from the last interaction, unless a continuing client relationship exists.
Cal.com bookings: as set by Cal.com's retention policies (typically up to 36 months).
Server logs: approximately 30 days.

You may ask us to delete your data at any time — see section 8.

8. Your rights

EU / EEA / UK residents (GDPR / UK GDPR): right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, the right to withdraw consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. the CNIL in France).

California residents (CCPA / CPRA): right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share).

New Jersey residents (NJ Data Privacy Act, once applicable): equivalent rights of access, correction, deletion and opt-out.

9. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls on our email and calendar accounts, and vetted processors. No system is perfectly secure; we recommend sharing sensitive information only after a mutual NDA is in place.

10. Children

This site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated via the site or directly to active contacts.
